Ply introduces the Inventory History Report, giving you visibility into how your inventory looked on a specific date. You can now generate snapshots of stock levels for each location.
How to access the Inventory History Report
- Go to Reports > Inventory History.
- Go to your desired Location.
- Select an ending date.
- Then you can export the report!
What you’ll see
- A snapshot of your materials as of the selected ending date.
- The ability to export the report for further analysis.
Why it’s useful
- Provides a reliable snapshot in time for audits or financial reviews.
- Helps answer requests like: “What was my total inventory on September 30th?”
